Lana Jewelry, Chicago IL Design Coordinator

  • Spearheaded comprehensive brand development and design initiatives, seamlessly integrating product creation and strategic marketing efforts

  • Liaised with overseas factories to develop fresh designs and source new materials that increased profit margins by 20%

  • Improved the safety of 800 customers by founding a mask company during the Covid-19 pandemic, catering to individuals with and without disabilities and using recycled materials 

  • Dontated ~$3,000 to the Louisiana Second Harvest Food Bank by leveraging excess cash flow

  • Innovated diverse mask designs catering to specific individual needs, ranging from adjustable tying mechanisms for comfort to incorporating specialized features like built-in pacifiers for individuals with disabilities and oral fixation

  • Handcrafted each mask and spearheaded social media marketing, alongside managing the business website for product sales and impact showcase.
